Forget Me Not By Sarah Daltry

Forget Me Not (Flowering, #1)

Lily had a crush on her brother's best friend, Derek for years - which led to their steamy night ten months ago in her bedroom. Now, Lily is going off to college and she and Derek are still going strong. However, when school starts, she realizes it's hard to maintain a relationship while also trying to live her own life. She and Derek find themselves falling apart and Lily has no idea where to turn.

Enter Jack. Everything about him is wrong for Lily and she knows it, but she can't stop herself from being attracted to him. When things implode with Derek, it's Jack who is there to pick up the pieces - and show Lily an entirely new set of experiences she didn't know she was missing.

Of course, Jack has his own problems and once Lily gets to know him better, she starts to wonder if she can handle all of Jack. When Derek reappears on the scene, Lily is forced to decide between two guys and herself. Can she find herself without losing the people who matter in the process?

LIly has been With Derek since her birthday almost a year ago. You can read all about how their romance started in the Novella: My Brother's Best Friend. Well now that Lily is starting college she decides she doesn't want to go to the same school as her boyfriend and her brother. So that's where this story begins.

As Lily starts her freshmen year of college nothing is how she thought it would be. She misses Derek and it's not getting any easier considering he doesn't really have time for her anymore.

Enter Jack, the bad boy who wants her he just wants her to learn how much she wants him, too. I love Jack because he's no nonsense get to the f'n point kind of guy. He's been through a lot in his life and I just wanted him to get his HEA.

I really liked this book, I was so sure that Sarah was going to go one way, but she would completely fool me and would go the other. I was surprised by many of the things that happened as well. Their is PLENTY of angst so no need to worry if that's what you want out of a book, just because this a College/New Age kind of book,  I promise theirs a lot to look forward to!

4 STARS!!! Because I CANNOT wait to get my hands on the next book!
